hey im all new to root beer. i am a successful home beer brewer and the new hype is hard root beer. is there anyone out there making it?. do you have any tips and tricks i need to know? my thoughts brew a normal batch of root beer pitch champagne yeast and let ferment heat fermented root beer to kill the yest but not to hot to evaporate the alcohol add some sugar to your desired sweetness level put in keg and force carbonate at around 23psi?? any thoughts
