Hi All,

I am a pop junky and want to say "Hello. My name is funkyfresh and I am a pop junky."

Why? do you ask dear reader, am I pop junky? It is because, where I live, ya can get good root beer. And the major pop companies always change recipes every 5 years, or from region to region. Love Pibb, cant get it here. Love Coke, made in Mexico in a glass bottle.....but,

I used to brew beer, the hard stuff, but alas those demons are gone.

So my new endeavor, making root beer, has led me to this web site where I look forward to pick the bubbly brains of the root beer world for advice, cautions, and well wishes.
