Hi everyone, I am new here and the reason I am here is to try and contact Jon Onufrock about a Root Beer label I am hoping to acquire. I collect bottles from Paterson New Jersey and I am trying to get a complete set of labels from M. Singer & Son, they made many different types of soda and I haven't been able to obtain a Root Beer label or bottle as of yet. I found this site thru a Google search and it had a pic of a great label attributed to Jon, after doing some research on Jon I was very impressed with his collection and knowledge and I was hoping he might be willing to help me acquire this label. Can anyone here who knows Jon please have him e-mail me at epackage@msn.com, I am attaching a pic of the 5 bottles I own from Singer's for you all to see. What agreat site you have here, tons of great stuff !!!!

This looks pretty rare. The picture appears to be from an eBay auction - if you were not able to acquire it there, you might benefit by creating a notification / alert so you receive an email if someone lists an item matching that description.

Even then, it might take some time to find something rare like this. I've been looking for an Anheuser Busch label - and created an alert, but haven't received any notifications after several years. When collecting rare items, patience is a must.

Thanx Kevin, I assumed Jon was someone who could be reached here after seeing him as a contributor with a contact e-mail here. The photo isn't from an e-bay auction but an actual pic attributed to Jon on many Google image searches.

I am honored to be one who is searched on Root Beer World. I have not been on here as much as I used to be or as much as I should, but a new baby will do that.

I want to thank Anthony for bringing this to my attention.

Sadly Jim, Kevin is correct. There was a time a couple of years ago when I did many searches on eBay and Google simply to find pictures for Root Beer World. This must be from one of these searches. Although I do have a collection of more than 300 different root beer bottles, all of them are contemporary.
