I have 3 stoneware bottles made by Brownies Root Beer of Minneapolis. I can not find anything online about the company, does anyone know anything about this brand?

Brownies Root Beer was a company owned by my grandfather in Minneapolis back in the 1930s. You can follow this link to view my previous post about Brownies when I was looking for information about the company on the Root Beer World website a few years ago:

I have tried finding information online for several years regarding my grandfather's company, but have not seen anything at all. Because both he and my grandmother are deceased, as are my father and his sister (their only children), there is no longer anyone on that side of my family that can tell me about the company or the products that they produced. I just checked back on this website for the first time in a year or so and saw your post regarding the stoneware bottles.

I have some old bottling labels, coasters and small Dixie-sized paper cups with Brownies logos and artwork, but I don't have anything else from those days.

Where did you find the stoneware bottles? Would you be willing to send me a photo or two of them?

Thank you for the links. The first link is an actual Brownies Root Beer cask, as far as I can tell. The second link is for labels from Brownie Root Beer based out of Michigan.

My husband inherited a root beer making barrel from his father. i have no idea how old it is or anything, but it has the same logo as the first link the person posted...the brownies root beer with the s in it. it's free standing and sits approximately 32 inches off the floor. it is primarily made of wood and either brass or copper. i'm not sure which it is. i was hoping to get some information on the age of this item and where it came from. if you could get back to me it would be greatly appreciated. thanks
