I saw that you found the brewer, though I found the company listed as "Red Foil Brands Inc." Apparently, it's available at the San Francisco St. Bar & Grill in New Mexico.

I found out that they discontinued it. It was also sold at the Kiva Pharmacy in Santa Fe. It was made by the pharmacist.
