just signed up and checking out the forum and wanted to say hey to everyone. This looks like a great site and I am really excited to learn about making root beer. I've been making homebrewed beer for about a year and a half, and love it! Actually have a batch fermenting now, an American Wheat Ale. I read a really good article on making root beer about a year ago and have put this off long enough. Not really wanting to work with extracts, would prefer working with the raw ingredients, but am open to learning any way of doing it.
