Fanta is a Coca-Cola brand, and several flavors are currently on the market (Grape, Orange come to mind). However, Coke has marketed multiple brands of root beer (Fanta, Ramblin' are examples), but phased these out before buying Barqs in the 1990s. Unless Barq's (currently the most popular brand of root beer) experiences a significant drop in sales and / or the Fanta brand takes off (also not likely), I would not expect a return of Fanta, sad to say.

i see it in fountains sometimes actually. i know the wegman's near me has it in their prepared food area and a couple of diners serve it up. but as far as canned, i doubt you will ever see it that way again. sadly as it is pretty decent.
