I am running an after school middle school science project originally just making root beer. However, the students want more variety and some cannot drink dark sodas due to their braces.
I have ordered some flavor extracts from Prairie Moon. Has anyone used these or similar extracts to make brewed sodas?

We have made both dry ice and brewed root beer. I want to make the brewed stuff to cover some biotechnology although the dry ice is much easier and the students like it more so far.
