Try Dan the Soda Man on the net. Root Beer in glass bottles is heavy. Cheap shipping ain't gonna happen. The above supplier does welcome pickup at his location in MI.

I think one of the creamiest right now is Hanks. They have made the switch to cane sugar and all there sodas have improved. Bulldog and Frostop rate at the top of the creamiest root beers also.

Carlson's Drive-In in Michigan City Indiana is now open for the season. Had to drive there and have some homemade root beer. Their homemade cream soda is awesome too.
